Renovation of a Georgian Town House

The Brief

Our client was transforming run down Georgian Town House into a stunning home.  She wanted us to take on the Kitchen, Dressing Room, Bar and Pool rooms as well as the garden and general building work and decorating.  Sarah gave us a very clear and concise brief for the kitchen and left us to be creative in the other areas.

The Solution

Some of the floors were condemned in the house due to insufficient support from the joists below, so first of all, the floor had to be completely taken out and new joists installed and a new floor before the kitchen could even be started.

The team produced a bespoke kitchen and island with slate floor, Falcon Range Cooker and stunning Volga Blue granite with a traditional profiled edge detail.  They constructed a beautiful painted walk in dressing room with a mirrored closet and bespoke drawers to make the most of every bit of space.

The basement was transformed into a cosy but contemporary bar complete with full stave oak and granite surfaces, pool table, billiard light and beautiful engineered oak flooring.  The team even gave the garden a makeover with a stunning new hardwood deck complete with LED lighting, decoration and finishing with white marble spar and rich plum coloured slate.
